Hosts Jeff Baker and Jason Strempek are joined this week by Jason Stuffle and Dan Hament of the Green Mountain Mashers homebrew club. The club, based in northwestern Vermont, aims to create a fun and inclusive space for homebrewers to connect and share their passion.

Listen as Stuffle and Hament talk about the club, their homebrewing history, the Greg Noonan Memorial Homebrew Competition and the importance of inclusion in the beer scene.

About the guests:

Jason Stuffle has been a homebrewer for 12 years, a member of the club for eight and the president for three. He has won many beer, cider and mead brewing competitions and has had the privilege to brew at many local breweries.

Dan Hament started homebrewing in 1982 and has been a member of the Green Mountain Mashers since the very beginning. An accomplished brewer himself, he has been a judge in homebrew competitions at both the local and national levels.

What’s in the Fridge:

This week, Jeff and Jason pop open a couple “quads,” Rigor Mortis out of Dieu du Ciel in Montreal and a Tennessee Prinse by Brewmaster Jack out of Northampton, MA.
