Founded in 2007, Cicerone offers assessment and certification to beer servers across the country in order to help restaurants and bars offer the highest level of service to their customers.
Listen in as Scholl teaches us the tell-tale signs of a dirty glass and brings us through the levels of certification that can be achieved with the program.
