Stuart Timmons joined the crew from New England Cooks mid February for a wine pairing segment to showcase some offerings from our portfolio. New England Cooks is a unique combination of broadcast and web media, along with live appearances and special events throughout New England, designed to make the pursuit of the best things in life in New England easy and entertaining. The Delaille family who runs Domaine du Salvard produces stellar wines in the Loire Valley region of Cheverny and their
100% Sauvignon Blanc bottling called “Unique” is truly that. This wine boasts an incredibly bright personality with zippy,
zingy flavors of gooseberry, grass, kiwi and grapefruit that leave your palate thoroughly refreshed and invigorated.

Zolo, Mendoza Malbec (2015)

Purplish red color. Fresh aromas of red fruits such as plums and strawberries, with delicate vanilla notes. On the palate is soft
with a harmonious end.

 

Zero Gravity Craft Brewery, Green State Lager

A crisp, easy-drinking Pilsner beer that is influenced by the great brewing regions of the world, but that charts its own course
through this elegant style.The Noble hops play a key role, but allow the malt to take center stage, providing a clean and
satisfying quencher that is as welcoming as the Green State itself.

Eden Ice Cider, Heirloom Blend (NV)

Vermont’s natural winter cold is used to concentrate cider to the optimum balance of sweetness and acidity. Our unique
blend of traditional and heirloom apples produces a complex, delicious flavor that complements food yet may be savored on
its own. It takes over 8lbs of apples to make just one bottle!
Apple varieties: Empire, McIntosh, Roxbury Russett, Calville Blanc, Cox’s Orange Pippin, Hudson’s Gem, Ashmead’s Kernel,
Esopus Spitzenberg, Black Oxford, Belle de Boskoop, Reinettes. No added sugar, coloring or flavoring of any kind.

 

Eden Ice Cider, Imperial 11° Rose

A Rose Cider made from a blend of heirloom apples and red currant. It is lightly sparkling and off dry due to the addition of ice cider.
