2-5 pm The Essex Cinema T-Rex screen. 2 pm – cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception. 3:30 pm – screening of part 1 of the premiere episode of Season 4.
5:30-10:30 pm  Essex Resort & Spa (Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald or Diamond Ticket required) Downton-Essex Arcade Experience and Dinner. Dinner in the Arcade Food Court. Fashion Competition. Etiquette Challenge with Anna Post from The Emily Post Institute. Dancing with music provided by The Vermont Jazz Ensemble. Farrell Distributing wine pairings by Jason DeDuc. Ouidrams’s Brian McQueenie hosts “The Wee Dram” whisky nosing. Whistlepig Whiskey, the Vermont rye whiskey cousin to Scotch whisky.
7 pm Dinner in The Mansion. Diamond ticket required Full service 6-course dinner inspired by Downton Abbey & the chefs of The Essex Resort & Spa.

Sunday, January 5

8-11 am The Essex Resort & Spa Seminar and Demonstrations each last 45 minutes. Some overlapping of seminars will occur. Demonstration by Pamela Foster, a.k.a. “Downton Abbey Cooks.” Floral demonstration – how to make those elegant Elizabethan arrangements. Whisky “nosing & tasting” with Brian McQueenie of Ouidram. Cooking demonstration by the chefs of The Essex Resort & Spa. Fine cheeses – then and now.
11 am Closing brunch inspired by Downton Abbey.

Passed hors d’oeuvres at the BRITISH TEA RECEPTION: Assortment of classic English finger sandwiches. Smoked trout served with a seaweed salad and horseradish cream. Miniature pork medallions, veal liver mousse and mustard-spiced fruits. Pickled root vegetable salad in a zucchini boat. Salmon tartare in an English cucumber cup. Endive leaf with beet-scented goat cheese.
