Tempier Wine Dinner with Daniel Ravier

It is our great pleasure to invite you to a dinner with Daniel Ravier. On Tuesday, November 7th, Daniel join us in the wine bar for a dinner featuring back vintages of the Domaine’s great wines as well as the current releases.

There are few wines that exhibit the soul of their terroir and the spirit of a Domaine as clearly as the red wines of Domaine Tempier. This is a place of great seriousness, where the craft of winemaking is undertaken at the highest level. It is a place of enormous respect, where the importance of the terroir of Bandol and it’s encapsulation in the grape mourvèdre are sacrosanct. It is also a place of great revelry and joy, where Lulu Peyraud received countless guests from around the world, fed them her renowned cuisine, and generously filled their glasses from a seemingly endless cache of rosé and red wine. The wines express all of these things. They are wines of great beauty, renowned for their purity and for the enormous complexity they develop over time. They are a joy to drink, their freshness, even with 15, 20, or even 30 years of age; is remarkable.

Dinner will be a 4 course meal, inspired by Lulu’s tremendous contributions to the culinary world. Each course will be served family style with the following pairings:
