We have deep roots in our state and are committed to supporting the people, communities, and environment around us. Throughout our nearly 85 years of operation, our philosophy hasn’t changed: we seek to be a leader in all we do – as a World-Class distributor, as a large Vermont employer and as a contributing member to our community. Through an organic blend of volunteerism, philanthropic initiatives, and charitable giving, we aim to improve the social wellbeing of Vermonters.

The Red Cross of Northern New England does amazing work, and they need our support, as help can’t wait. If you happen to be in the position to give blood in March please do so. Considering donating for the first time, please don’t hesitate to call the Red Cross for more information.

  • Anheuser-Busch and their wholesalers nationwide – including Farrell Distributing – are united by our unwavering commitment to supporting the communities we call home.

  • Anheuser-Busch and the Anheuser-Busch Foundation have a long and proud partnership with the American Red Cross dating back to 1906. This includes providing disaster relief support as a member of the Annual Disaster Giving Program and through their emergency drinking water initiative, support of military personnel as a member of the Service to Armed Forces Giving Program, and annual employee blood drives at their facilities.

  • In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, thousands of blood drives across the country were cancelled as schools closed and offices began transitioning to virtual work, resulting in hundreds of thousands fewer blood donations and a critical shortage of blood supply for patients in need.

  • To help address these challenges, Budweiser launched their #OneTeam initiative in March – as part of a $5 million donation to the American Red Cross – to unite their sports partners to host blood drives at sports venues, arenas and Anheuser-Busch tour centers across the country.

  • Through this initiative, Anheuser-Busch worked with the Red Cross and 30 sports partners to host 97 blood drives, engaging 2,250 first time donors and collecting 5,900+ units of blood to potentially save more than 17,700 lives.
